Susanne - Founder
Susanne, grew up driving (fast) on the German “Autobahn,” sparking her lifelong love of road trips.
She’s driven across the US, South Africa, Central America, and Europe, always chasing the feeling of freedom and adventure that comes with being behind the wheel.
Her love for classic cars began when her partner taught her “how to floor it!” in a green MG racing special. From that day, she was hooked, grinning ear to ear and diving into the world of vintage motoring.
But Susanne noticed something: women often handed over the keys, settling for the passenger seat.
Now, as a coach and founder of Motoristas UK, Susanne is on a mission to change that. She’s all about empowering women to give themselves permission to show up for themselves and to take the driver’s seat - in life and in their own fast cars.

Karon - Founding member
Karon, grew up inspired by her trailblazing father and car-loving parents - both fond of putting the pedal to the metal. She spent her childhood at the Grand Prix at Brands Hatch, Silverstone, and Thruxton, and by her twenties, she was cruising in her first of three Peugeot 205 Cabriolets.
Her love for driving grew through family road trips to Spain, a 21-day adventure in California, and more recent drives across Canada, the US, and Europe. She and husband Rodger, now plan trips around scenic views and fun roads to drive.
For the past 11 years, they’ve attended Carfest, exhibiting their cars for the last five. Karon especially loves seeing the joy on kids’ faces when they sit in the car for a photo - big kids (a.k.a. parents) included! She’s passionate about inspiring the next generation to keep the love of classic cars alive.
Becky has been around cars and the smell of petrol for as long as she can remember, thanks to her granddad, uncle, and mum, who often took her to events like Goodwood Revival and the Festival of Speed. She grew up riding shotgun in fancy cars, dreaming of the day she could drive them herself. Watching her mum behind the wheel of a Ferrari, Becky thought she looked like a superhero - and vowed to follow suit.
When she finally put on her "big girl pants" and took the Ferrari 430 for a spin, she felt equal parts nervous and exhilarated. Once behind the wheel, she never wanted to get out! Now, it's a friendly tussle over who gets mum’s old F-Type, and whenever there’s a driving day, Becky insists on being in the driver’s seat.
A fierce advocate for women getting behind the wheel of fast, beautiful cars, Becky believes one thing: why should the boys have all the fun?
